HUSH Mini

Designed in association with David Trubridge Design Studio, Hush is a light, an intimate space, and an acoustic device.

Hush Mini is ideal for placement over an individual task desk or focus space and aids in softening sound and reducing reverberations.

The lightweight, semi-rigid acoustic panels help mitigate the impact of noise in an open-plan environment. This allows teams to facilitate collaborative opportunities while also aiding individuals to focus – free of distractions.

Manufactured from 100% polyester fibres (including 65% post-consumer recycled material) the material is safe, non-toxic, non-irritant and non-allergic. Certified low VOC.

Designed and made in New Zealand.

How it works

Hard, dense surfaces (glass, concrete, etc.) in modern offices and restaurants often reflect sound and make it appear louder. Hush’s lightweight, semi-rigid acoustic panels soften sound and reduce reverberations through the absorption of certain frequencies (mainly mid to higher frequencies), which then leave a room with much more comfortable sound level without eliminating noise completely.

6mm acoustic felt panels made from 100% polyester fibers (including 65% post-consumer recycled material).

Panels are sustainable, safe, non-toxic, non-irritant, non-allergic and certified low VOC.

Steel cable hanging wire, cone grip attachments and electrical cords (as required).

LED version includes five replaceable, energy efficient LEDs (3000 Kelvin, CRI 80-85, 16.8W, 510 Lumens) and driver. Tested under IES LM‐80‐08 to have a lifespan of 50,000 hours under normal operating conditions.

E26/E27 (bulb) version includes one cordset. Bulb not included.

Ships flatpacked with full assembly instructions.

Manufactured in New Zealand under a certified environmental management system. Hush carries Red List and Declare certifications. Global Green Tag Gold Plus and Green Tag PhD certified.

HUSH comes in a standard colour range - available on tight lead times and in any quantity. Also an extended colour range, for which minimum order quantities apply, with longer lead times.
